Job Summary
North Shore Health has a full-time salaried position available in the Hospital Department for a Clinical Nurse Manager. The Clinical Nurse Manager is responsible for directing organizing and supervising the work of hospital nursing and ancillary staff within the assigned patient care area. This role promotes and restores patients health by providing effective daytoday operational management ensuring highquality clinical practice and leading longterm planning initiatives that support safe efficient and patientcentered care. The Clinical Nurse Manager collaborates closely with physicians advanced practice providers and multidisciplinary team members to optimize outcomes and maintain a culture of excellence.
Qualifications :
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Experience: Three (3) years relative experience is required. Demonstrate proficient us of Microsoft Office especially Word Excel and Outlook.
Education: Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing.
Licensure/Certification/Registration: Current license in Minnesota to practice as a Registered Nurse. ACLS Certification upon hire. PALS TNCC and CALS Certifications within six (6) months of hire. BLS Certification with a designation of either BLS Provider from the American Heart Association.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience: Meditech Information System experience in PCS EDM and EMR with an understanding of information flow throughout the Meditech System.
Education: Bachelors Degree in Nursing or ability to obtain within two years.
Additional Information :
Starting range is $51.60 to $78.03 per hour
