Reporting to the Senior Manager Business Intelligence & Analytics youll build scalable BI solutions uncover meaningful trends and translate complex data into clear actionable recommendations. Youll work closely with stakeholders across all levels champion continuous improvement and help strengthen our data governance and reporting standards.

Typically in this role you will:
- Deliver advanced reporting dashboards and analytics using SQL and Power BI
- Translate complex data requirements into impactful visualisations
- Provide meaningful insights and strategic recommendations to leaders
- Build strong relationships across AFCA and manage BI requests
- Champion BI best practice governance and continuous improvement
- Work endtoend with IT data engineering and business teams using Agile methodologies
Qualifications :
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI: Power Query Row-Level Security Expert-level DAX skills for creating efficient scalable measures and calculations are mandatory
- Demonstrated experience delivering complex high-quality Power BI dashboards and reports in a business-critical environment.
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction transformation and analysis.
- Experience with data modelling warehousing and ETL processes.
- Ability to design performant data models and optimize Power BI solutions for speed and scalability.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail.
- Must be able to work independently proactively identify data issues and deliver solutions without extensive supervision.
