About The Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Support Analyst Power Platforms to join our D365 team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a knowledgeable and supportive team within a large well-established business.

Based in our state-of-the-art office in Collins Square Docklands this role will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting solutions built on Microsofts Power Platform. This is a specialised role focused on supporting Microsofts Power Platform ecosystem (Power Apps Power Automate Power BI and sometimes Power Virtual Agents).

As the primary point of contact for Power Platform support you will work closely with internal stakeholders across the business to ensure Power Platform runs smoothly and meets the business needs.

Nature of the position: Full-time

Location: Docklands VIC

Responsibilities

  • Resolve issues related to Power Apps Power Automate flows and integrations.
  • Monitor performance and troubleshoot errors in apps and workflows.
  • Assist with environment management security roles and connectors.
  • Document solutions and provide guidance to end-users or developers.

About you

To excel in this position you will have a strong understanding of Power Platform components and connectors with a passion for providing excellent customer service to our business stakeholders and a drive for process improvement. Additionally you will demonstrate and possess the following:

  • Qualifications in IT will be advantageous
  • Previous experience with Dynamics 365 - Power Platform is essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and oral
  • A team player with a can-do attitude and a collaborative relationship builder
  • Proven track record of ability to interact with key stakeholders in a highly effective manner
  • Strong organisational capabilities with attention to accuracy and detail
