HEW 7 - $100779 p.a. plus up to 17% superannuation

About the role

Ensure ongoing management and development of the Universitys Data Infrastructure by managing data pipelines and software platforms.

You will:

  • develop and manage our data infrastructure systems;

  • analyse data to design relatable data models for the data warehouse;

  • create data assets and support data consumers who use them;

  • monitor and ensure data pipelines are working reliably and effectively; and

  • ensure system processes procedures and code are documented source controlled and kept up to date.

About you

To be considered for this position you will have demonstrated:

  • experience in data management or integration analysing data asset requirements and developing complex data pipelines;

  • ability to write and optimise complex SQL queries and create efficient data extract/transform/load (ETL) programs and tasks;

  • design skills and a high level of expertise in complex systems analysis problem solving and design for development of solutions; and

  • ability to read contribute to and produce accurate and relevant documentation and code.
