About the Role

Were hiring a Growth Marketing Analyst to support our growth efforts through conversion rate optimization performance analysis and insight generation. This is an individual contributor role focused on uncovering whats working whats not and where teams should focus next across our digital experiences and paid media campaigns.

Through rigorous analysis and clear communication this position will play a critical role in informing decisions flagging performance shifts and recommending optimizations to guide growth and media strategy.

What Youll Accomplish

Digital Media Performance Insights

• Monitor performance across digital media campaigns and channels to identify trends shifts and anomalies.
• Provide ongoing insights to digital media teams on what segments campaigns audiences and landing experiences are performing well or underperforming.
• Flag areas where execution teams should focus including opportunities for optimization or deeper investigation.
• Partner with media teams to evaluate post-launch performance and interpret results in the context of broader funnel and CRO learnings.

• Support conversion rate optimization initiative by analyzing customer journeys and funnels to identify conversion opportunities and friction points.
• Develop hypotheses support A/B testing and experimentation and analyze results.
• Document learnings and ensure insights are shared and reused across teams.

Strategic Support & Decision Enablement

• Contribute insights that inform CRO and growth prioritization
• Surface patterns and opportunities that help leaders make data-driven decisions.
• Act as a thought partner to growth and media stakeholders grounding discussions in performance data.
• Work closely with digital media teams to align insights with execution.

• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Measurement & Reporting

• Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reporting for funnel performance experiments and campaign effectiveness.
• Proactively identify performance shifts and ensure stakeholders are aware and aligned on next steps.

Your Skills & Experience

• 4 years of experience in growth marketing CRO or digital marketing analytics.
• Strong experience analyzing both on-site conversion performance and paid media campaign results.
• Proven ability to generate insights and recommendations that influence execution teams.
• Deep familiarity with analytics experimentation and reporting tools (e.g. GA4 media platform reporting testing tools).
• Ability to synthesize complex data into clear actionable narratives.

Compensation

• The pay range for this position is $80000 - $90000 on a full-time basis
• Along with base salary your position may qualify for additional bonuses
• This position is eligible for the Companys bonus plan(s)
