Job Summary
- Prepare and manage daily cash-flow forecasts and 730 day rolling projections
- Oversee daily withdrawal processing risk-based reviews and payment authorisations
- Manage employee leave timesheets and monthly payroll
- Review and authorise creditor reconciliations and payment runs
- Produce and distribute daily operational stats KPIs and finance reports
- Handle all banking approvals and treasury-related tasks
- Process foreign currency payments (multi-currency exposure mainly USD EUR GBP)
- Manage affiliate commission calculations reconciliations and payments
- Oversee contract management (suppliers affiliates payment providers)
- Prepare monthly management accounts (full P&L balance sheet variance analysis)
- Provide weekly cash-position updates and ad-hoc reporting to shareholders and group HQ
- Maintain and update financial policies and ensure compliance with gambling regulations and internal controls
Qualifications :
- Qualified CA(SA) CIMA ACCA or equivalent (non-negotiable)
- Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience ideally with online gambling betting forex fintech or high-transaction e-commerce
- Proven experience in treasury cash-flow management and foreign payments
- Strong Excel skills and experience with Xero Sage NetSuite or similar mid-market ERP
- Familiarity with South African payroll VAT and gambling levy requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Available to start 1 February 2026 (or earlier for handover)
- Existing right to work in South Africa (no sponsorship available for this temp role)
