Red Ember Recruitment is seeking an Assistant Leasing Manager on behalf of our client to join their team based in Western Cape.
Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Negotiations of lease renewals.
- Liaise with various Landlords and Portfolio Managers.
- Check status quo and unique requirements/clauses of lease agreements.
- Peruse and prepare offers and lease agreements for signature.
- Implement systems and control measures.
- Responsible for maintaining and improve Tenant/ Landlord relations.
- Property Administration.
- Professional support services to the team.
- Maintain efficient filing system for leases and written correspondence.
Requirements
- National Senior Certificate (or equivalent).
- Tertiary Qualification will be an advantage.
Experience:
- 3 years experience in the commercial property leasing environment.
Competencies:
- Strong communication negotiation and organizational skills are essential.
- Strong administrative skills in a commercial property environment.
- Proficient in both English and Afrikaans.
- Computer literate in MS Office.
- Efficient and detail orientated who can work under pressure in a deadline-orientated environment.
Required Skills:
Experience: 3 years experience in the commercial property leasing environment. Competencies: Strong communication negotiation and organizational skills are essential. Strong administrative skills in a commercial property environment. Proficient in both English and Afrikaans. Computer literate in MS Office. Efficient and detail orientated who can work under pressure in a deadline-orientated environment.
Required Education:
National Senior Certificate (or equivalent). Tertiary Qualification will be an advantage.
