Job Description:
We are looking to hire an experienced Technical Project Manager who will play a critical leadership role within the organization. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills strong people-management capabilities and solid technical knowledge of websites applications and modern technologies such React PHP and related frameworks.
This role requires a highly professional individual who can take ownership of operations and decision-making especially working independently or in the absence of the CEO. The candidate should demonstrate enthusiasm accountability and a strong sense of ownershipworking for the organization as if it were their own.
Qualifications :
Key Responsibilities:
Lead manage and motivate employees to achieve project and organizational goals.
Oversee the planning execution and delivery of website and application development projects.
Provide technical guidance and strategic direction across technologies React PHP and other web/app platforms.
Act as a key decision-maker to ensure smooth operations and timely project delivery.
Represent leadership and manage teams effectively in the absence of the CEO.
Ensure professional conduct discipline and a positive work culture across teams.
Coordinate between development QA design and business teams.
Monitor performance productivity and quality standards.
Identify risks resolve issues proactively and ensure client and stakeholder satisfaction.
Drive continuous improvement in processes delivery standards and team efficiency.

Strong knowledge of website and application development.
Hands-on understanding React PHP and related technologies.
