The Opportunity:

Reporting to the Area Manager the Accommodation Services Manager will lead mentor and develop a dedicated team foster a culture of excellence and build strong relationships with clients families and community partners.

This is a vital leadership role supporting individuals with disabilities and complex needs ensuring they receive exceptional personalised care.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations across your portfolio ensuring seamless service delivery
Lead mentor and develop a passionate team committed to quality care
Ensure clients achieve their goals through personalised plans that promote independence social engagement and wellbeing
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients families community organisations and stakeholders
Responding to incidents and feedback in a timely manner
Support the development and review of care plans and documentation
Ensure compliance with policies procedures and legislative requirements

What Success Looks Like:

Clients and their families feel supported engaged and respected
Support workers are confident capable and well supported
Rostering and operational processes run smoothly

To be successful in this role you will have:

Proven leadership experience in community services disability or aged care; ideally within NDIS
Qualifications in Community Services Management Business or related fields are desirable
A passion for delivering person-centred high-quality support
Strong team-building skills and a track record of developing high-performing teams
Proven operational performance management skills in alignment with performance targets and KPIs.

Additional Requirements:

Current National Police Check
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willing to obtain)
Evidence of current work rights in Australia
