The Opportunity:
Reporting to the Area Manager the Accommodation Services Manager will lead mentor and develop a dedicated team foster a culture of excellence and build strong relationships with clients families and community partners.
This is a vital leadership role supporting individuals with disabilities and complex needs ensuring they receive exceptional personalised care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across your portfolio ensuring seamless service delivery
- Lead mentor and develop a passionate team committed to quality care
- Ensure clients achieve their goals through personalised plans that promote independence social engagement and wellbeing
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients families community organisations and stakeholders
- Responding to incidents and feedback in a timely manner
- Support the development and review of care plans and documentation
- Ensure compliance with policies procedures and legislative requirements
What Success Looks Like:
- Clients and their families feel supported engaged and respected
- Support workers are confident capable and well supported
- Rostering and operational processes run smoothly
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Proven leadership experience in community services disability or aged care; ideally within NDIS
- Qualifications in Community Services Management Business or related fields are desirable
- A passion for delivering person-centred high-quality support
- Strong team-building skills and a track record of developing high-performing teams
- Proven operational performance management skills in alignment with performance targets and KPIs.
Additional Requirements:
- Current National Police Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willing to obtain)
- Evidence of current work rights in Australia
