Job Summary
Were looking for a Senior Implementation Manager who is passionate about the Wise mission money without borders. Youll be a part of the Wise Platform team leading the most impactful projects and programmes of work in order to expand our growing list of global partners helping us deliver world class payment service solutions to our partners and their customers across the APAC region.
In this role you will be responsible for driving complex implementations with the worlds biggest banks and businesses. You will implement both new and existing solutions across markets overcoming blockers along the way with in-depth problem solving and strong influencing skills leveraging strong program management experience to deliver on time high quality integrations.
Youll be helping to achieve our regional growth targets while working closely with our Solutions Engineering Product Compliance Operational and Sales teams to deliver projects efficiently and to a high standard. You should be equally comfortable in both a business and technical context adept at building trust across all stakeholder groups: executives engineers external partners and internal teams.
Your mission:
Lead complex implementation projects for major banks and businesses managing end-to-end program/project lifecycles from kickoff to launch while ensuring on-time high-quality delivery.
Overcome project blockers with strong problem-solving and influencing skills working in both business and technical contexts and building trust with diverse stakeholders.
Use project governance expertise to manage scope timelines and accountability across workstreams while identifying risks solving challenges and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Manage delivery risks for dealsincluding project financial compliance and reputationalensuring robust mitigation plans are in place and tracking these risks to adequate closure.
Build and nurture excellent relationships with partners ensure they love the experience we offer them.
Confidently explain financial technology solutions and lead process improvements to enhance project scalability and efficiency.
This role will give you the opportunity to:
