Job Summary
Job Summary:
Support logistics operations including shipment coordination inventory management transportation and documentation while gaining hands-on experience to prepare for future leadership roles in supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing inbound/outbound shipments.
- Coordinate with warehouse for stock availability and accurate dispatches.
- Track deliveries and liaise with transport vendors.
- Maintain shipping delivery and compliance documentation.
- Prepare logistics performance reports and suggest process improvements.
Qualifications :
- Masters degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Business Administration or a related field
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in logistics supply chain or warehouse operations (manufacturing industry preferred)
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain concepts.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with ERP/SAP systems will be an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Team player with eagerness to learn and adapt.
