Job Summary
- Process and monitor customer orders in SAP.
- Respond to inquiries and resolve complaints within SLA.
- Coordinate with Sales Logistics and Finance for timely deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare service reports.
- Participate in training and contribute to process improvements.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration (Supply Chain) or related field.
- Fresh graduate or up to one (1) year of relevant internship/experience.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office
