Job Summary

Your contribution to something big:

  • Drive innovation: Develop and implement digital and automation solutions that elevate logistics efficiency and support our transformation toward Industry 4.0.
  • Lead projects: Support and coordinate digitalization and automation initiatives within the local Logistics team ensuring successful rollout and adoption across the plant.
  • Standardize processes: Collaborate with Process Experts Process Managers and IT teams to harmonize logistics processes and contribute to global standards.
  • Collaborate globally: Work closely with an international network of logistics and IT specialists in an exciting multicultural environment.
  • Take ownership: Define business requirements create specifications execute tests and train technical key users to ensure smooth system integration and operation.

Qualifications :

What distinguishes you:

Education

  • Masters degree in Computer Science Software Engineering Information Systems or a related field or equivalent practical experience.

Experience

  • 2 years of experience in software development; logistics or supply chain experience is a strong plus.
  • Experience working in cross-functional and international teams.

Know-how

  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g. Angular Python Java C# JavaScript/TypeScript);
  • Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and data integration;
  • Knowledge of APIs system integration and cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP);
  • Understanding of logistics concepts such as WMS TMS inventory management lastmile delivery or order fulfillment;
  • Familiarity with logistics platforms (e.g. SAP Oracle);
  • Experience with optimization algorithms machine learning or simulation for logistics is a plus.

Languages

  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and drive projects independently.
