At B&S Sales means building lasting and equal partnerships with your clients and customers. As an International Business Developer you will take your time building strong relationships with existing clients as well as getting to know the markets we are operating this role you are responsible for managing and expanding customer activities across the LATAM region including countries such as Mexico Colombia Peru Chile Brazil and other key Latin American markets.
Your day-today activities:
- Proactively apply effective negotiation strategies to achieve successful commercial outcomes;
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular contact by phone digital channels and in-person visits;
- Work closely with Sales Support to ensure smooth order processing and high customer satisfaction;
- Stay up to date on internal processes and systems to operate efficiently and effectively;
- Leverage internal tools to analyze performance refine strategies and stay ahead of market trends.
You work closely with your commercial colleagues and often consult with them. Together you chart the path to success. - Bring prior experience in sales with a solid understanding of customer engagement and business development.
- Communicate fluently in English and Spanish both spoken and written; French is a strong plus.
- Enjoy travelling for business including customer visits and trade fairs approximately four to five times per year.
- Demonstrate a proactive entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to identify and seize opportunities.
- Currently reside in the Netherlands.
