your role


As our SVP Finance Business Partnering you are the co-pilot and strategic finance business partner to our Chief Executive responsible for International Markets. You are responsible for helping shape the business strategy and translating it into actionable financial plans. You leverage fact-based insights to steer our businesses optimize performance and drive profitable growth. You work with the countries to advance them both strategically and performance-wise and you help steer the fin ops short you ensure that our global strategies are successfully localized and implemented. This role spearheads the International Market CFOs and reports to the Executive Finance Business Partner Operations.

how you will contribute - your key responsibilities

  • Business Steering & Strategy: Co-create business strategy and translate it into a durable financial roadmap.

  • Financial Advisory: Provide expert counsel to the Chief Executive on complex options for action modeling the pros and cons of commercial choices.

  • Performance Optimization: working together with Group Control and local teams to identify levers for economic efficiency and growth.

  • Functional Orchestration: Act as an interface between the business and the wider Finance Function (COEs and Global Finance Operations) to ensure seamless delivery of financial services.

  • Change Leadership: Drive the adoption of Randstads new strategy and operating model championing the shift toward digitization and standardized ways of working across your business area.

  • Stewardship: Developing and executing a winning talent strategy.

your background and experience

  • Education: Masters degree in Finance Accounting Economics or Business Administration.

  • Experience: 15 years of progressive global finance experience (e.g. CFO business and/or holding) preferably in the (HR) services industry extensive management experience with a significant portion in a strategic business partnering or a commercial finance role within an international matrix environment.

  • Commercial Acumen: Proven track record of contributing to top-line growth and margin expansion through financial steering.

  • Transformation Exposure: Experience working within or leading through organizational transformations (e.g. shifts to Shared Services or Global Capability Centers) is highly valued.
