Greet and check in guests
Welcome guests when they arrive confirm their reservation register their information and issue room keys.
Manage reservations and bookings
Check the reservation system make new bookings modify or cancel reservations and keep the booking list up-to-date.
Answer phones and respond to inquiries
Attend incoming calls and messages answer questions about the hotel services availability and local information.
Provide information and assistance to guests
Give guests details about hotel amenities meal times services local attractions transportation etc.
Handle check-out and payment
Process guest check-outs settle bills and record payments accurately.
