About the role
Tenure: Full-time permanent
Location: Melbourne CBD (Hybrid)
Reporting to the Senior Manager Assessments and SIMGE this role plays a key part in the coordination delivery and continuous improvement of RANZCPs Written Assessments.
You will oversee end-to-end assessment administration from candidate enrolments and exam logistics through to results processing and question bank management working closely with internal stakeholders and external exam providers.
This is an ideal opportunity for an education or assessment professional who enjoys combining process rigour stakeholder coordination and quality assurance in a purpose-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan coordinate and administer Written Assessments in line with established policies timelines and security requirements including results delivery and records management.
- Manage assessment logistics in partnership with external vendors including scheduling issue resolution and contingency planning.
- Support effective database and enrolment administration including eligibility checks special considerations stakeholder communications and website updates.
- Maintain and continuously improve the Written Assessment question bank through structured quality control categorisation and version management.
- Coordinate exam development cycles workshops and review processes to ensure content remains current and examination-ready.
- Provide high-quality secretariat and operational support to assessment committees including meeting coordination agendas and briefing papers.

What youll bring
- Relevant qualifications and/or demonstrated experience in education administration assessments or a similar professional environment.
- Strong systems capability including confidence with databases and Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).
- A proactive organised approach with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse stakeholders.
- A strong customer-service mindset and commitment to quality and accuracy.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a small high-performing team.
- Willingness to travel interstate and to New Zealand as required for examinations or committee activities.
- Experience in a membership health or not-for-profit organisation is advantageous.
- Australian or New Zealand citizenship or valid Australian work rights.
