Job Summary
To function as Shift Supervisor as necessary and as Security Officer as primary function.
- Provide for safety and security of guests employees and property through patrol and observation.
- Respond to requests for assistance in cases of physical altercation accidents theft etc.
- All other duties of a Security Officer.
- Supervise and instruct employees on shift in proper performance of job duties.
- Ensure all procedures are performed according to approved policies procedures and gaming regulations.
- Train and brief staff before shift.
- Maintain shift schedule and delegate work assignments.
- Respond to emergencies and serious incidents.
- Accurate and timely completion of Security Incident Reports
Investigating and detaining persons associated with disturbances complaints thefts accidents and other violations.
Qualifications :
- Proven leadership ability
- Ability to manage peers
- Flexibility
- Supervisory skills
- Knowledge of drop procedures and internal controls
