About the role:

To support the IPP Analyst team in maintaining and strengthening trading relationships with all relevant vendors and with Product Marketing to obtain competitive advantage for TD SYNNEX via professional inventory planning and procurement.

Responsibilities:

  • Place and manage purchase orders based on IPP Analyst profiles and logistics requirements.

  • Handle backtoback and directship orders including checking confirmations and invoicing customers.

  • Ensure all SAP data (pricing quantities delivery dates) is accurate and up to date.

  • Follow up on open orders to secure ontime delivery and support POD requests when needed.

  • Support vendor price updates and ensure correct costs are reflected in SAP.

  • Manage stock rotations: request vendor approval raise return orders and track RMAs.

  • Help resolve logistics (Goods In) and financerelated queries.

  • Contribute to process improvements and support ad hoc projects.

  • Maintain high stock availability while reducing backlog and inventory risk.

  • Provide reliable support to the IPP team and consistently meet performance targets.

Knowledge Skills and Experience

  • Proactive organized and detailoriented.

  • Ability to prioritize in a fastpaced and changing environment.

  • Good understanding of IT technologies.

  • Confident with MS Office; SAP experience is a bonus.

  • Solid analytical commercial and financial awareness.

  • Basic knowledge of purchasing and inventory management principles.

  • Strong communication skills in English (required); another language is a plus.
