Why this role matters
Youll play a key role in delivering critical outcomes for ATCOs Growth & Development team working closely with senior leaders to coordinate projects that drive innovation and growth. This role is about owning project coordination end-to-end-from documentation and schedules to supplier engagement and reporting. You will ensure milestones are met and stakeholders stay aligned.
What Success Looks Like
- Own project documentation-contracts reports schedules and meeting notes ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Keep projects on track by monitoring timelines updating schedules and coordinating with internal teams and suppliers.
- Lead communication and meetings preparing agendas capturing key actions and ensuring follow-ups happen.
- Manage procurement and reporting including purchase orders invoices governance documents and progress updates using tools like SAP.
- Support bids and tenders coordinating inputs from subject matter experts and ensuring submissions meet deadlines.
What youll bring
Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent in business administration project management or a related field.
- Experience & Skills
- Proven experience in project coordination ideally in construction energy or infrastructure.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software (SAP experience highly regarded).
- Experience coordinating external suppliers and working with internal teams like Finance and Procurement.
- Ability to prepare and manage project documentation budgets and cost tracking.
- Experience supporting tender submissions and bid processes is an advantage.
- Exposure to large-scale energy projects is highly desirable.
