About the role

The communications Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting Customer Service quality improvement initiatives by identifying coordinating and delivering communication and training plans across the Customer this position you will develop implement and maintain key frontline information systems to ensure accurate accessible and uptodate resources for Customer Service teams. You will also manage and maintain Customer Service policies processes and operational information to support consistent service addition the role provides adhoc operational communication and training support helping frontline teams stay informed skilled and aligned with organisational goals ultimately contributing to the effective and efficient delivery of services and programs across the Customer Service Branch.

About You

You are an experienced communications professional with a strong ability to develop and deliver clear engaging and strategic messages that support organisational objectives. You thrive in a collaborative environment and have a proven track record in stakeholder engagement internal communications and training development.

Your attention to detail and analytical skills enable you to interpret data identify trends and present information in a way that drives informed decision-making. You are confident using a range of communication channels and tools. You are adept at creating high-quality training materials and presentations using PowerPoint and eLearning platforms.

You bring a proactive approach to problem-solving and are committed to continuous improvement. Building strong relationships across business units comes naturally to you and you understand the importance of aligning communication strategies with organisational goals.

Required Qualifications

Certificate IV in Marketing and Communications or Demonstrated capability through past employment experience and/or relevant qualifications.
