About the client:

A leading name in Sri Lankas travel and hospitality sector specializing in crafting distinctive outbound travel experiences that blend comfort culture and creativity. With a strong international presence and a commitment to excellence the company is expanding its outbound leisure travel segment and seeks an accomplished leader to drive strategic growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and sell memorable travel experiences in Sri Lanka Work closely with international clients travel agents and local suppliers
Plan and manage bookings including hotels transport and experiences
Ensure smooth operations from inquiry to post-travel support
Handle client requests changes and issues with professionalism
Maintain quality standards budgets and cost control Provide support during emergencies and unexpected travel changes

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years experience in travel planning tourism sales or customer service
Good knowledge of Sri Lanka destinations hotels and experiences
Strong communication skills in English (German or French is an added advantage)
Passion for customer service and creating amazing travel experiences
Confident in handling clients travel agents and suppliers
Well-organized detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple bookings Familiar with travel booking systems and basic tech tools
A positive proactive and problem-solving mindset.
