About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Office Manager to lead the team in our Bacchus Marsh office and ensure the efficient day-to-day operations of our practice. This pivotal role involves overseeing administrative functions managing workflows and contributing to the strategic growth of the firm.
What we are offering:
- Competitive salary starting from $65000 Super.
- Working Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. This is also flexible.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Act as the main point of contact for staff and management regarding office policies and procedures.
- Ensure the office environment is clean organised and fully equipped.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Organise meetings appointments and events.
- Maintain and update schedules for management and teams.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
- Handle internal and external correspondence.
- Invoicing and Debtor Management
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Liaise with IT support for technical issues and system upgrades.
- Support management with special projects and reports.
- Coordinate cross-departmental tasks and initiatives.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in client services telephone answering and greeting clients in person preferably in the professional services industry.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced working environment.
- Proven ability to be a team player and the willingness to do what is required from menial tasks to the highest level of client interaction.
- A very high level of technical competency with the MS Office suite and some exposure and understanding of cloud applications.
