As a Recruiter you will play a crucial role in identifying and sourcing top candidates for our clients. You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. Your goal will be to attract engage and retain the best talent for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Utilize various sourcing techniques such as job boards social media networking events and employee referrals to identify and attract top talent
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit for the role
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
- Conduct reference and background checks on potential candidates
- Manage the offer process including negotiating salary and benefits packages
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
- Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates for future opportunities
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our hiring process
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment preferably in an agency or corporate setting
- Strong understanding of various recruitment techniques and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Proven ability to handle a high volume of recruitment activities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the Philippines is a plus
