Job Summary

Overview

This role is aSenior Recruiterwith the strategic mindset of a headhunter and the agility of a tech-savvy talent partner. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced AI-first environment and is passionate about identifying engaging and securing top-tier talentespecially passive candidates. You will be a critical support in shaping our hiring strategy executing them and mentoring junior recruiters and co-creating seamless tech-enabled recruitment processes that blend automation with deep human insight.

Responsibilities

Strategic Recruitment

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for managerial niche and hard-to-fill roles across the organization.
  • Design and execute outbound sourcing strategies using advanced techniques such as:
    • Boolean logic and X-ray searches
    • Talent mapping and competitive intelligence
    • Deep LinkedIn and GitHub sourcing
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive candidates through proactive engagement and relationship-building.

Candidate Screening & Interviewing

  • Conduct thorough screening and behavioral interviews to assess both technical qualifications and cultural alignment.
  • Evaluate candidates against our core values: Character Excellence Ownership and Teamwork.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure alignment on candidate profiles.
  • Facilitate structured interviews and debrief sessions to ensure objective values-based hiring decisions.

AI-Driven Talent Acquisition

  • Leverage AI tools and platforms (e.g. sourcing automation resume screening chatbots) to streamline and scale recruitment efforts.
  • Continuously explore and implement emerging technologies to enhance candidate experience and recruiter productivity.
  • Champion an AI-first but human-centered approach to hiringbalancing data-driven insights with empathy intuition and human insights.

Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to hiring managers and senior leaders offering market insights and talent strategy recommendations.
  • Facilitate collaborative hiring decisions through structured interviews scorecards and data-backed reporting leveraging the systems of the company i.e. Recruit IQ (ICIMS) and other pertinent tools.
  • Ensure a high-quality experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.

Mentorship & Team Leadership

  • Mentor and coach junior recruiters fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
  • Share best practices in sourcing stakeholder engagement and use of AI tools.
  • Lead initiatives to improve team performance diversity hiring and employer branding.

Process Optimization & Reporting

  • Audit and refine recruitment workflows to ensure efficiency scalability and compliance.
  • Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (e.g. time-to-fill quality of hire source effectiveness) using Recruit IQ (ICIMS) and other pertinent tools.
  • Collaborate with People Ops and HR Tech teams to co-create seamless tech-enabled hiring processes.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Psychology or a related field.
  • 6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience including executive search or headhunting.
  • Proven expertise in outbound sourcing and passive candidate engagement.
  • Strong command of Boolean search X-ray search and sourcing automation tools.
  • Comfortable working with AI tools and recruitment technologies; eager to experiment and innovate.
  • Excellent English communication skills both oral and written.
  • Effective problem-solving skills; capable of negotiating successfully with both stakeholders and candidates.
  • Strong planning and execution abilities.
  • Adaptable to change quickly and effectively.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Experience mentoring or leading junior recruiters.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

Required:

  • Experience in fast-paced high-growth tech-driven environments of multi-national corporations
  • Familiarity with ATS CRM and AI sourcing platforms (e.g. ICIMS Workday Taleo and the likes).
