Job Summary

Overview

We are seeking a Recruiter II to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for a mid-level recruiter who has solid experience in full-cycle recruitment and is eager to grow their skills in outbound sourcing candidate engagement and recruitment technology. You will support hiring across various functions contribute to process improvements and collaborate closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to deliver high-quality talent aligned with our company values: Character Excellence Ownership and Teamwork.

Responsibilities

Recruitment Execution

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for entry-level to mid-level roles across assigned departments.
- Partner with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Post job advertisements screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews gather feedback and support offer preparation and negotiation.

Candidate Sourcing & Engagement

- Utilize job boards social media and internal databases to source active candidates.
- Begin developing outbound sourcing skills using basic Boolean search and LinkedIn tools.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups and communication.

- Develop and implement short-term recruitment strategies to meet immediate hiring needs.

Candidate Screening & Interviewing

- Conduct structured interviews to assess both technical skills and alignment with company values.
- Present qualified candidates to hiring managers with clear summaries and recommendations.
- Support interview debriefs and help ensure a consistent values-based evaluation process.

Recruitment Tools & Technology

- Use the companys ATS (e.g. Recruit IQ/ICIMS) to manage candidate records and workflows.
- Learn and apply basic AI tools for resume screening and scheduling.
- Participate in training and adoption of new recruitment technologies.

Stakeholder Collaboration

- Communicate regularly with hiring managers to provide updates on recruitment progress.
- Support senior recruiters in stakeholder meetings and hiring strategy discussions.
- Ensure a positive experience for both candidates and internal partners.

Process Support & Reporting

- Maintain and utilize recruitment dashboards and reports to drive data-informed hiring decisions and process improvements.

- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and data accuracy in systems.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Psychology or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Familiarity with sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (e.g. LinkedIn job boards ATS).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the use of AI tools and recruitment technologies.
  • Demonstrates alignment with company values: Character Excellence Ownership and Teamwork.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES (List the concepts capabilities developed through training and innate traits and talents that a person brings to a task or situation)

Required:

  • Experience using ATS platforms such as ICIMS Workday or similar systems.
  • Exposure to AI-enabled recruitment tools or sourcing automation platforms.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced high-growth environment.
