We are seeking a Recruiter II to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for a mid-level recruiter who has solid experience in full-cycle recruitment and is eager to grow their skills in outbound sourcing candidate engagement and recruitment technology. You will support hiring across various functions contribute to process improvements and collaborate closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to deliver high-quality talent aligned with our company values: Character Excellence Ownership and Teamwork.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for entry-level to mid-level roles across assigned departments.
- Partner with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Post job advertisements screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews gather feedback and support offer preparation and negotiation.
- Utilize job boards social media and internal databases to source active candidates.
- Begin developing outbound sourcing skills using basic Boolean search and LinkedIn tools.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups and communication.
- Develop and implement short-term recruitment strategies to meet immediate hiring needs.
- Conduct structured interviews to assess both technical skills and alignment with company values.
- Present qualified candidates to hiring managers with clear summaries and recommendations.
- Support interview debriefs and help ensure a consistent values-based evaluation process.
- Use the companys ATS (e.g. Recruit IQ/ICIMS) to manage candidate records and workflows.
- Learn and apply basic AI tools for resume screening and scheduling.
- Participate in training and adoption of new recruitment technologies.
- Communicate regularly with hiring managers to provide updates on recruitment progress.
- Support senior recruiters in stakeholder meetings and hiring strategy discussions.
- Ensure a positive experience for both candidates and internal partners.
- Maintain and utilize recruitment dashboards and reports to drive data-informed hiring decisions and process improvements.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and data accuracy in systems.
