Job Summary
The AV Support Specialist is responsible for providing remote technical support for audio-visual and collaboration systems used in virtual meetings conferences and digital workspaces. This role ensures reliable operation of conferencing platforms and AV technologies while delivering timely support to end users.
Key Responsibilities
Provide remote support for audio-visual systems virtual meeting platforms and collaboration tools (e.g. Microsoft Teams Zoom Webex)
Troubleshoot audio video camera microphone and connectivity issues in real time
Support virtual meetings webinars and remote conferences including pre-meeting checks and live session assistance
Configure monitor and manage AV and unified communications systems remotely
