Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Data Specialist to join our team at Ascendant Insurance Solutions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy security and integrity of customer and policy data while supporting our operations team and contributing to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input update and manage customer information and policy data in the companys CRM and internal databases.
- Regularly audit data for completeness and accuracy resolving any discrepancies promptly.
- Generate reports on customer behaviors policy trends claims activity and sales performance to inform business strategies.
- Assist internal teams by providing accurate customer data for policy updates billing inquiries and claims processing.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies to maintain customer confidentiality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.
- Support the marketing team in identifying customer segments to target relevant marketing campaigns effectively.
- Identify and recommend improvements to data management processes for continuous enhancement.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma required.
- 1 years of experience in data management customer service or an administrative role ideally in the insurance industry.
- Familiarity with insurance products and terminology is a plus.
- Experience with CRM and database management software (e.g. Salesforce Microsoft Dynamics).
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel data analysis tools and knowledge of data privacy regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail organizational skills communication skills problem-solving mindset and ability to work collaboratively.
