Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain management inventory control and logistics operations. As a Logistics Analyst you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of products and services within our company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and analyze inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained

- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products

- Track and report on shipment and delivery status

- Identify and resolve any issues related to inventory or supply chain management

- Collaborate with other departments to forecast demand and plan for future inventory needs

- Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs

- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of inventory records

- Maintain and update inventory databases and systems

- Communicate with customers and address any concerns or issues related to logistics and delivery

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in logistics and supply chain management

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in supply chain management logistics or a related field

- 2 years of experience in logistics and inventory control

- Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and practices

- Proficient in inventory management and logistics software

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Detail-oriented and highly organized
