Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Data Scientist to design develop and deploy data-driven solutions that support strategic decision-making and business this fully remote role you will work closely with cross-functional teams to extract insights from complex datasets build predictive models and deliver actionable recommendations that drive organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

Collect clean and analyze large structured and unstructured datasets

Design and develop statistical models machine learning algorithms and predictive analytics solutions

Identify trends patterns and anomalies to support business strategy and operational improvements

Build and maintain dashboards reports and data visualizations for technical and non-technical stakeholders

Collaborate with engineering product operations and leadership teams to define data requirements and deliver insights

Validate models and ensure accuracy reliability and scalability of analytical solutions

Support data automation and optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and decision-making

Document methodologies assumptions and findings clearly and consistently

Ensure compliance with data governance privacy and security standards

Required Qualifications

Must currently reside in the United States

Must possess a valid government-issued ID (e.g. U.S. Passport Drivers License or State ID)

Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science Statistics Mathematics Computer Science Engineering or a related field

Proven experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar analytical role

Strong proficiency in Python and/or R for data analysis and modeling

Advanced knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational and non-relational databases

Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau Power BI or equivalent

Solid understanding of statistics machine learning techniques and data modeling best practices

Excellent problem-solving analytical and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a cloud-based environment (AWS Azure or Google Cloud Platform)

Familiarity with big data tools such as Spark or Hadoop

Experience deploying models into production environments

Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance standards

Technical Requirements
