Position Overview
Our client a premier luxury home builder in the Phoenix market is seeking a highly organized and self-directed Project Coordinator to support high-end residential construction projects from pre-construction through completion. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment can handle pressure with confidence and executes instructions accurately with minimal supervision.
The Project Coordinator will work closely with Project Managers superintendents subcontractors and vendors to ensure schedules documentation and communication remain accurate and on track.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day project activities across multiple luxury residential builds
- Maintain and update project schedules logs and documentation
- Track deliverables deadlines and follow-ups to ensure timely execution
- Assist Project Managers with budgeting support purchase orders and invoice tracking
- Communicate clearly with internal teams subcontractors and vendors
- Prepare meeting notes status reports and project updates
- Ensure compliance with company standards construction documentation and timelines
- Anticipate project needs and proactively resolve issues before they escalate
- Perform under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in a Project Coordinator Project Administrator or similar role within construction or real estate
- Experience supporting residential or luxury construction projects strongly preferred
- Proven ability to work independently follow instructions precisely and manage priorities without constant direction
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to remain calm focused and effective under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with construction software Microsoft Office and project tracking tools
- High attention to detail with strong follow-through
