What Youll Own & Learn:

1. Core HR Magic

• Be part of the hiring enginesource screen schedule and onboard top talent.
• Maintain HR records contracts and employee databasesthe heartbeat of HR operations.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives that actually make work fun.
• Support performance evaluations and HR reportingyour insights will matter.

2. HR Systems & Data Mastery

• Own employee data in HR systems and ensure its always accurate and up-to-date.
• Reconcile records with payroll and contractsyour attention to detail will shine.
• Transition data from structured demos to live insights that drive decisions.

3. Payroll & People Data Coordination

• Validate reconcile and track employee changesexperience payroll like a pro.
• Maintain trackers and reportsspot discrepancies before they become problems.
• See HR and finance collaborate to keep the company running smoothly.

4. Compliance & SOP Support

• Help build and maintain HR SOPsyour work keeps us compliant and organized.
• Learn labor laws across Pakistan UK and UAEknowledge that sets you apart.
• Prepare documents for audits and reviewsbe trusted with the details that matter.

5. Reporting Analytics & Ad-Hoc Projects

• Prepare reports and dashboards that drive real HR decisions.
