Pay: $38$40 per hour
What Youll Do (aka your superpowers):
Visit HCBS clients every 60 daysto keep them safe stable and thriving
Provide Delegated Nursing Task (DNT) trainingto caregivers
Monitor wellness & follow up on changes
Collaborate with Case Managersto support client success
Serve clients on the FE BI and PD Waivers
Help people stay safely in their own homeswhere they want to be
