AWS Specialist Solutions Architects (SSAs) are technologists with deep domain-specific expertise able to address advanced concepts and feature designs. As part of the AWS sales organization SSAs work with customers who have complex challenges that require expert-level knowledge to solve. SSAs craft scalable flexible and resilient technical architectures that address those challenges. This might involve guiding customers as they refactor an application or designing entirely new cloud-based systems. The Worldwide Specialist Organization (WWSO) works backwards from our customers most complex and business critical problems to build and execute go-to-market plans that turn AWS ideas into multi-billion-dollar businesses. WWSO teams include business development specialist and technical solutions architecture. As part of WWSO youll provide expertise across the entire life cycle of an AWS customer initiative from developing ideas for new services to accelerating the adoption of established businesses. Key job responsibilities
- Represent the voice of the customer; bring customer feedback to product teams to influence feature development and future product roadmap.
- Provide advanced technical knowledge to your domain aligned GTM teams to unblock our customers largest and most critical business challenges.
- Act as a thought leader sharing best practices through forums such as AWS blogs whitepapers reference architectures and public-speaking events such as AWS Summit AWS re: Invent etc.
- Partner with Business Development teams to define the technical components of best in class GTM concepts solutions and initiatives.
- Develop and support an AWS internal community of technical subject matter experts worldwide. Create field enablement materials for the broader SA population to help them understand how to integrate Amazon Web Services solutions into customer architectures

The Amazon Connect Specialists Solutions Architects Team is made up of deep Customer Experience and Enterprise Contact Center domain experts who work directly with our customers to solve their most complex challenges. We stay closely connected to our customers and bring valuable data and insights to our product teams strengthening the product roadmap. Our team is at its best when a customer is thinking big and needs specialized experience to innovate for their business.

- Experience within specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development cloud computing systems engineering infrastructure security networking data & analytics).
- Experience in design implementation or consulting in applications and infrastructures
- Experience in IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries
- Experience in management of technical enterprise customer facing resources or equivalent
- Speak write and read fluently in Spanish
- 5 years of experience in Contact Center Technologies/CCaaS or building integrations across WFM CRM and other contact centre solutions or experience with communications protocols and APIs such as WebRTC and SIP

- Knowledge of SAP systems (like SAP Business Suite S/4HANA SAP Business Warehouse SAP HANA SAP Business Objects etc.) and their architecture and infrastructure needs
- Experience in infrastructure architecture database architecture and networking
- Experience working with end user or developer communities
- Experience identifying developing negotiating and closing large-scale technology projects for global customers
- Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud
- Knowledge of software development tools and methodologies
- Experience in written and verbal communication skills to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences including senior leadership
- Experience working within software development or Internet-related industries
- AWS certification such as AWS Solutions Architect or a similar cloud certification or Associates degree or above
- Are enrolled in or have completed a Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent
- Amazon Connect Experience Amazon Connect Certification/Badges
- Additional European language skills are desirable
