Salary: 85105 per day (depending on experience)

About the Role
A nurturing primary school in Acton West London is seeking a caring and enthusiastic EYFS Teaching Assistant to join their Early Years team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about early childhood development and creating a safe stimulating and play-based learning environment for children aged 35 years.
The EYFS TA will help children develop academically socially and emotionally following the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. The school values creativity curiosity and independence ensuring every child feels confident supported and inspired to learn.
Key Responsibilities
Support the class teacher in delivering EYFS lessons and activities
Work with individual children and small groups to support learning and development
Assist with phonics early numeracy literacy and creative play
Promote positive behaviour confidence and emotional wellbeing
Support children with personal care where required (toileting meals dressing)
Observe assess and record childrens progress in line with EYFS expectations
Prepare and maintain engaging classroom resources and learning areas
Support indoor and outdoor learning activities
Encourage independence confidence and social interaction
Build positive relationships with children staff and parents

Warm patient and enthusiastic
Passionate about early years education
Knowledgeable about EYFS and play-based learning
Confident supporting children with varying abilities and needs
Works well as part of a team and independently
Communicates effectively with children staff and parents
Essential Requirements
Experience working in an EYFS nursery or early years setting
Understanding of the EYFS framework
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
Right to work in the UK
Desirable (Not Essential)
Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years or Childcare qualification
Experience supporting SEN within EYFS
Paediatric First Aid or Safeguarding training
