As Technical Trainer you will:
Conduct training needs assessments and identify skills or knowledge gaps.
Design develop and update training materials manuals and e-learning modules including but not limited to company cross-culture communication product process leadership etc.
Deliver engaging in-person and virtual training sessions.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback.
Maintain training records and track employee participation.
Conduct onboarding training and continuous learning initiatives.
Establish a comprehensive internal and external training system to foster a company culture of learning and development.
Your profile:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Education Psychology or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in training L&D or instructional design ideally within the automotive industry.
Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Romanian ( native speak). Chinese Bulgarian is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Knowledge of adult learning principles and modern training techniques.
