Job Summary
Your mission
- Support the sales cycle by providing technical expertise PV system design insights and tailored solar solutions for customers.
- Analyze customer requirements and prepare optimal PV configurations layouts and technical documentation.
- Join customer and partner meetings to clearly communicate product advantages system performance and technical value.
- Deliver training sessions to installers partners and clients on PV products system behavior and best practices.
- Monitor Romanian PV regulations grid requirements and market trends to support proactive sales strategies.
- Collaborate closely with engineering service product and sales colleagues to prepare accurate proposals and maintain customer satisfaction.
Your profile

- Experience in technical sales solution engineering or PV system design.
- Strong understanding of electrical fundamentals PV inverter behavior and system sizing principles.
- Ability to explain technical topics in a clear and confident way to both specialists and nontechnical audiences.
- Comfortable preparing proposals diagrams and technical comparisons.
- English B2C1 and Romanian fluency; other European languages are a plus.
- Familiarity with PV software (e.g. PVsyst) AutoCAD CRM platforms or similar tools is beneficial.
