About the Role
As Warranty Specialist you will manage warranty and goodwill claim processes to ensure accurate submissions timely follow-up and compliance with manufacturer requirementsbalancing customer satisfaction with profitability and operational efficiency.
Key Objectives & Responsibilities
Submit accurate warranty and goodwill claims daily/weekly.
Monitor daily and weekly reports and address exceptions quickly.
Resubmit rejected claims promptly and maintain claim documentation.
Administer warranty policy in the best interest of the manufacturer and customer.
Maintain records of warranty submissions and customer contributions for goodwill claims.
Liaise with parts team to ensure replaced parts are retained labelled and available when requested.
Follow up outstanding claim payments and support invoice processing as required.
Verify factory criteria and support related warranty governance tasks.
Support additional tasks assigned by Aftersales Managers.
Required Qualifications & Competencies
5 years of relevant experience; familiarity with aftersales/warranty processes.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and routine reporting.
Strong organizational skills; ability to multi-task and use own initiative.
Strong written/verbal communication skills in English and native Czech.
Professional courteous and customer-oriented.
