Callbacks to suppliers to review their master data (including bank details and other critical information). The associate manages incoming tickets and ensures they are handled in a timely manner while ensuring full compliance with internal policies and controls.
Work with direct managers and P2P Partners to support financial activities decision making and general projects.
Performs data reconciliation and prepares all required data for internal reporting (Financial Consolidation & Reporting System) and external reporting (statutory accounts national statistics tax information) ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
Provides support on SAP issues including fixed assets cash and general ledger.
Managing key account suppliers including regular communication and providing accurate information on invoices and payment statuses.
Actively contributes to FRA (Financial Reporting & Accounting) projects at the country or Business Unit level supporting continuous improvement and standardization activities.
Internal customer satisfaction with quality appropriateness and timeliness of financial analyses provided; customer satisfaction of service delivery and process-specific KPIs in accordance with agreed SLAs.
Work Experience: Experience in operations management and execution preferably within financial or supplier management processes.
Skills: Financial Accounting; Financial and Management Reporting; Responsibility and Accountability; Effective Communications; Building Effective Teams; Critical Thinking; Process Optimization; Understanding Value Drivers.
Systems: SAP ERP (ECC); Ariba SLP; MDG; SNOW (ServiceNow); Microsoft Outlook Excel PowerPoint.
Languages (required): English & German.
Languages (advantage): French Spanish Italian (at a communicative level).

Fully proficient and highly effective employees can expect a starting salary around market median with those new to the level or with less functional depth at the lower end of the range and those with sustained superior or niche skills towards the higher end of the range. Internal equity and external market data inform our range placement. Annual salary reviews consider performance outcomes market alignment and business needs.
