About the Role

As Regional Aftersales Specialist you will support dealer and service partner performance across the Czech Republic & Slovakia. You will help drive service readiness performance improvement customer satisfaction (NPS) and the smooth execution of aftersales initiatives and campaigns.

Key Objectives & Responsibilities

• Drive and develop partners service preparation execution and service performance assessment.

• Ensure annual service targets and goal achievement; steer continuous improvement.

• Conduct regular dealer visits; organize meetings/workshops; review partner business plans.

• Support aftersales project development execution and assessment.

• Secure service network quality through timely training tooling and support materials.

• Follow up customer satisfaction (NPS); support complaint closure and goodwill management.

• Coordinate spare parts deliveries with Supply Chain and improve parts service level.

• Support after-market activities and service campaign implementation.

Required Qualifications & Competencies

• 5 years of customer service/contact centre or relevant aftersales experience.

• Fluent English and native Czech; Chinese is a plus.

• Strong customer orientation active listening and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to remain calm under pressure; strong time management and attention to detail.

• Sales/persuasive communication skills are an advantage.
