JOB DESCRIPTION:
The scope of our contract is to bring assistance with a right-hand Project Executive in the context of complex industrial EPC projects involving engineering procurement and construction activities within a multi-stakeholder environment combining internal teams external partners and demanding end clients.
The key responsibilities expected from our on-site delegate might include:
Supporting projects by facilitating communication between stakeholders and progress towards objectives:
- Lead EPC projects from design through commissioning phases
- Manage multidisciplinary project teams
- Coordinate suppliers and subcontractors
- Act as the main interface with the client
- Ensure transparency and trust across the full project lifecycle
- Conduct regular project meetings
- Present project KPIs
- Maintain strong and solution-oriented client relationships
Supporting projects with rational and data-driven assessments related to costs quality and timelines:
- Define project schedules milestones and critical paths
- Monitor project budgets
- Control project costs
- Manage project cash flow
- Validate claims and variations
- Analyze contractual documents
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements
- Ensure compliance with client requirements
- Supervise piping and industrial installations
- Ensure compliance with QHSE standards
- Anticipate and monitor technical risks
Supporting projects through high-quality and detail-oriented execution:
- Build detailed project budgets
- Negotiate contracts
- Handle claims
- Handle variations
- Supervise piping installations
- Supervise industrial installations
The experience we are actively looking for:
- Masters degree in industrial or civil engineering (mechanical electromechanical process or equivalent)
- 8 to 15 years of experience in EPC project management within industrial energy or similar environments
- Demonstrated experience in piping projects financial control and coordination of multiple stakeholders
- Strong leadership skills ability to make decisions under pressure and a client-oriented mindset
- Professional proficiency in French and English
- An entrepreneurial experience or ambition is a plus (extra-professional or extra-academic experience is a strong asset)
- Immediate availability
- Valid single permit for non-EU citizens
