We are based in the sunny Barcelona we have a wonderful office in the city centre in one of the coolest areas of Barcelona a rooftop opposite the Pedrera and another in Madrid.
The ideal candidate will have some knowledge in each stage of product development process:
- UX Research & Design
- Software development (CMS or custom made)
- Web analytics
- CRO
You dont need detailed knowledge in any area (we have specialists in each area) but enough knowledge to lead other people from these areas. You will work with cross-functional team members and will rely heavily on both qualitative and quantitative data to make informed decisions.
Responsibilities
By partnering with cross-functional teams and customers you will turn your insights into delightful products in a creative environment that requires proven leadership skills and the ability to execute a creative vision.
As a Project Manager at Rocket Digital you will take part in:
- Analyze customer needs and write a scope for the project.
- Identify new product improvement opportunities.
- Analyze how a product satisfies market needs and consumer preferences.
- Stay up to date on current industry trends and market conditions.
- Lead teams in order to build new products.
- Keep customers informed of product development status.
- Modify and revise existing designs to meet changing customer preferences.
- Work closely with product engineers to suggest improvements for products and processes.
- Testing new products.
Were definitely looking for you if you have:
- 2 years proven experience in similar position.
- Experience in ecommerce web development projects.
- An intuitive eye for customer needs beyond the obvious.
- Some knowledge on UX software development and digital analytics.
- Ability to lead projects with cross-functional team members.
- Ability to collect and interpret both qualitative and quantitative feedback.
- Ability to effectively communicate in both English and Spanish italian will be a plus.
- Provide assistance to product engineers when needed.
- Recommend new tools and technologies by staying abreast of the latest trends and techniques
Preferred:
- Shopify experience
- Degree or Master related with Product/Project management.
- Strong knowledge of wireframing tools.
- Certifications: PMP Scrum master etc.
