Introduction

We are partnering with a leading global technology company to recruit a Norwegian-speaking Account Manager for their hub in Málaga Spain. This role is designed for proactive individuals who are passionate about the tech industry and excel at building professional business relationships. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients driving digital transformation and ensuring long-term success for business partners in the Norwegian market.

Your Role

  • Portfolio Management: Act as the primary point of contact for a dedicated set of business accounts ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Consultative Sales: Identify client needs and recommend appropriate technology solutions to help them achieve their business goals.
  • Business Development: Proactively identify opportunities for account growth through upselling and cross-selling advanced tech services.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute account plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Product Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and product updates to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Data Integrity: Manage and update all client interactions and sales pipelines accurately within the CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with technical support and marketing teams to ensure a seamless experience for your clients.

Your Qualifications

  • Languages: Native or near-native proficiency in Norwegian (C1/C2) and a strong command of English (B2/C1).
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales account management or business development (ideally in the IT or B2B sector).
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
  • Aptitude: A results-driven mindset with a strong interest in cloud technologies and digital innovation.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Office and experienced in using CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce).
  • Soft Skills: Highly organized self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
