Tasks

Role
As a Working Student or Intern Finance & Administration you will be an integral part of our funds operations.

Youll work directly with our General Partner Chris Heyer and Venture Partner Christian Schad to ensure the smooth operation of our financial and administrative processes. This is a unique opportunity to gain deep insights into the operational side of a Venture Capital fund from investor reporting to regulatory compliance and portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities

• Fund Operations & Systems: Maintain internal databases and project management systems ensuring data integrity and optimizing automated workflows for firm-wide efficiency.
• Financial Coordination: Manage internal accounting workflows including expense tracking invoice preparation and coordination with external tax advisors and accountants.
• Workflow Automation: Integration of automations across fund operations from outreach to internal information structuring
• Dataroom Administration: Manage and organize the Dataroom to ensure all fund documentation partner track records and legal records are audit-ready.
• Fundraising Support: Assist in the preparation and iteration of fund-level marketing materials including investment decks and personalized teasers
• Investor Reporting Support Compile and deliver regular investor materials: side letters quarterly updates and ad-hoc data requests.
• Strategy & Performance Tracking: Support the development of and integration of internal tools e.g. founder evaluation or collection of impact and performance metrics across the portfolio.
• Operational Logistics: Provide comprehensive support for international industry events and conferences including travel coordination executive scheduling and stakeholder outreach.

Requirements

Were looking for someone eager to learn detail-oriented and motivated to grow in a VC environment.

Education

• Enrolled Bachelors or Masters student in Business Economics Finance Accounting or a related field.

Skills & Mindset

• Uncompromising diligence and an eye for detail that ensures zero-error delivery in financial and investor-facing documents.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proactive structured and willing to take ownership.
• Comfortable working with numbers technical documents and complex database processes.

Experience

• Prior internship or working student experience in Audit Transaction Advisory or Tax at a leading professional services firm (Big4 preferred).
• Proven ability to manage database structures and process automation tools.
• Advanced knowledge of spreadsheet software (Excel & Airtable) and presentation tools (Powerpoint)
• Experience in process automisiation tools is a plus (Langdock N8n etc.)

Languages

• Professional fluency in English and German (written & spoken) both minimum C1 level.

Available for 9-12 months

Start Date: Ideally January/February 2026
