Job Summary
As a (Senior) Merchandise Planner Private Label (m/f/d) you work closely with our Buying & Design Teams and are a key contributor to the success of our own brands About You and studioselect. You are responsible for planning analysing and optimizing our assortment keeping a close eye on all relevant purchasing kpi and providing data driven insights for our product teams.
Responsibilities
- Strategic assortment and budget planning including the preparation of seasonal forecasts
- Monitoring of sales performance and derivation of in-season measures like reorders
- Preparation of weekly sales reports and presentations and creating ad-hoc analyses
- Identifying growth potentials and white spots within the assortment categories
- Strategic development of our private label portfolio in close collaboration with Buying
- Continuous optimization of our Merchandise Planning toolkit and processes
Requirements
- University degree in Business Economics or a comparable field
- 3 years of experience in Merchandise Planning preferably within fashion e-commerce
- Strong analytical mindset deep understanding of sales KPI and entrepreneurial spirit
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and Google Sheets (Power Query is a benefit)
- High level of independence and a hands-on approach to problem solving
- Strong communication skills and confidence in collaborating with various stakeholders
- Fluent in English; German skills are a plus
