What will you do

In this Working Student role within BA Wind you will be an integral part of a team that is dedicated to advancing both operational excellence and innovation in renewable energy. Your contribution supports our drive for smarter processes and enhanced project outcomes helping us deliver on Vattenfalls ambition for fossil freedom. Success in this position means making a measurable impact by consolidating inputs for improved project management tools and supporting ongoing initiatives that strengthen our business.

You will collaborate with colleagues across the organisation to support day-to-day operations utilising Excel and Power BI to analyse data and create actionable insights. By assisting with internal process optimisation and product development projects you help translate ideas into practical improvements. You will also play a hands-on role in smaller projects such as producing promotional videos or learning materials that enable knowledge-sharing throughout the team.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Supporting daily business activities through effective data handling and analysis
• Consolidating information to enhance project management tools and workflows
• Assisting in various internal projects including process improvements and product development
• Contributing to small-scale initiatives such as product promotion videos or learning content
• Collaborating with team members from different functions to ensure seamless communication

Your proactive approach attention to detail and willingness to learn will be key as you work alongside experienced professionals. By engaging openly with diverse perspectives and sharing your insights you help us build solutions that move BA Wind forward.

Qualifications :

Must haves:

• You are a driven and curious student (f/m/d) in a technical or similar field.
• You thrive when working with data and your good skills in Excel Power BI help you turn complex information into clear insights that drive progress. If you have experience with visual tools even betteryour ability to make data accessible is valued.
• We work as an international team and English is our everyday language. Your confidence in communicating fluently in English allows you to connect easily across borders and share ideas effectively. You enjoy working collaboratively proactively reaching out to colleagues and contributing to group discussions.
• A structured approach and responsibility are second nature to you; these traits help us maintain high standards while adapting quickly.

More Information 

You will be based in Hamburg Germany with flexible working hours and a hybrid work model. The role offers up to 20 hours per week during the semester can increasing to 37 hours per week during semester breaks.
