Job Summary
Our client is seeking a qualified and patient-focused Pharmacist to join their growing pharmacy operation. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe accurate and efficient dispensing of medications while delivering a high standard of pharmaceutical care and customer service in line with regulatory and company requirements.

Responsbilities:
- Dispense prescription and over-the-counter medication accurately and in compliance with professional and legal standards.
- Provide clear and professional advice to patients on medication use dosage side effects and interactions.
- Review prescriptions for accuracy appropriateness and potential drug interactions.
- Manage and maintain proper storage control and stock levels of pharmaceutical products.
- Ensure full compliance with Medicines Control Authority of Zimbabwe (MCAZ) and pharmacy regulations.
- Supervise and support pharmacy assistants dispensary staff and interns where applicable.
- Maintain accurate patient and inventory records.
- Promote health awareness and support customers with basic healthcare guidance.
Key Skills:
- Previous experience in a retail or hospital pharmacy is an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail integrity and patient-care focus.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) or equivalent qualification.
- Registered with the Pharmacists Council of Zimbabwe.
- Current practising certificate.
