The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe accurate and efficient dispensing of medications while delivering a high standard of pharmaceutical care and customer service in line with regulatory and company requirements.

Responsbilities:

Dispense prescription and over-the-counter medication accurately and in compliance with professional and legal standards.

Provide clear and professional advice to patients on medication use dosage side effects and interactions.

Review prescriptions for accuracy appropriateness and potential drug interactions.
-
Manage and maintain proper storage control and stock levels of pharmaceutical products.
-
Ensure full compliance with Medicines Control Authority of Zimbabwe (MCAZ) and pharmacy regulations.
-
Supervise and support pharmacy assistants dispensary staff and interns where applicable.
-
Maintain accurate patient and inventory records.
-
Promote health awareness and support customers with basic healthcare guidance.
Key Skills:
-
Previous experience in a retail or hospital pharmacy is an added advantage.

Strong attention to detail integrity and patient-care focus.
-
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
-
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) or equivalent qualification.
-
Registered with the Pharmacists Council of Zimbabwe.
-
Current practising certificate.
