Job Summary

Tasks:
Establishment management and strategic control of the new location in Pune
Operational management: financial/budget responsibility team leadership infrastructure
Acquisition and support of key customers (B2B public clients investors)
Management of complex architecture and construction projects including compliance with international and local standards
Close coordination and reporting to the company headquarters
Ensuring compliance and local regulations

Formal requirements:
Raised in India/Indian nationality (not an expat)
Place of residence during employment: on site in Pune

Professional requirements:
Completed university degree in the field of architecture
Experience in international projects
Design Experienced
Very good knowledge of project management contracting and customer development
At least 15-20 years of professional experience as an architect in different service phases
All-rounder in the field of architecture (expertise in all service phases of architecture)
Experience in the full scope of the area of responsibility: Development of projects from acquisition and feasibility studies to the realization/supervision of implementation
Familiar with the regulations and building standards
Projects/size: High Rise Residential High Rise Commercial urban planning tasks university construction hospitality
