Location : Andheri West Mumbai
Work Mode: Full-Time On-site
Working Days: Monday-Saturday (2nd and 4th Saturday is off)
Working Hours: 10:30 AM 7:00 PM

Job Summary
Monika Alcobev Limited is looking for a Head of Design to lead brand identity packaging and marketing design initiatives across our imported liquor portfolio. The role requires strong packaging expertise creative leadership and execution capabilities.
Experience Required
- 26 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience leading design in FMCG luxury spirits or premium consumer brands
- Strong portfolio demonstrating packaging and brand identity expertise
- Experience managing creative teams and external vendors
- Deep understanding of print production and tactile packaging processes
- Strong strategic thinking and commercial awareness
- Ability to balance creativity with execution discipline
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and evolve brand identity systems (logo typography color palette visual language)
- Lead packaging and label design including tactile finishes
- Oversee marketing collateral and digital assets
- Ensure brand consistency across print and digital platforms
- Coordinate with vendors printers and production teams
- Manage design workflows timelines and team output.
