The Opportunity:

This is a pivotal leadership role overseeing all project coordination and administration activities across the organisation. Youll lead a team of Project Coordinators/Assistants support Project Managers and technical teams and continuously improve systems standards and ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead mentor and develop a team of project support professionals
• Oversee end-to-end project administration ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Act as a central point of coordination for Project Managers and stakeholders
• Manage document control reporting timesheets invoicing support and audits
• Support tender submissions and high-quality client deliverables
• Drive continuous improvement in project management systems and methodology
• Deliver training and onboarding on project processes and tools

About You

• 5 years experience in project coordination within consulting or professional services
• Proven experience leading or supervising project support teams
• Advanced MS Word and Excel skills (essential)
• Highly organised detail-driven and confident communicator
• Strong understanding of structured project management practices (PMBOK-aligned preferred)
• Comfortable working across multiple projects deadlines and stakeholders
